Administrative Assistant

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of VP's, MD's and analysts.
- Work with databases in locating correct record numbers to prepare documents for uploading to document retention system, preventing back logs of documents.
-Review weekly reports of client calls and follow up on any missing information.
- Handle all aspects of travel and entertainment activities from the reservation process to accurate processing of expense reports. Must develop detailed knowledge of company policies.
-Maintain managers' schedules including responding to meeting requests and resolving of calendar conflicts .
-Handle all aspects of meeting coordination from scheduling meetings, reserving meeting rooms, arranging teleconferences and webcasts, ordering any catering to room setup and preparing agendas .
-Create and modify PowerPoint presentations.
-Work with Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
-Working knowledge of Bloomberg a plus.

The ideal candidate will :
- have a professional demeanor in person and on the phone.
- be a self-starter who stays on schedule prioritizing time well with minimal supervision- - be someone who anticipates the needs of the team, i.e. printing documents in advance, requesting rooms, calendar management.
-have strong skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
-maintain discretion with confidential information.
-have a strong orientation toward teamwork.


Public Finance

Qualifications - 3 - 5 yrs of experience
- Strong ability in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint/Excel
-Organization Skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
-Minimal required level of supervision
