HR Service Management Analyst

The HR Service Process Lead (HRSPL) is responsible for providing daily administrative, analytical and technical process support for the US HR Service Team. Responsible for providing a next level of escalation support to HR Service Associates for inquiries that require additional experience and subject matter expertise to resolve. In that capacity, they are responsible for handling complex inquires and additional research as well as providing subject matter expertise about HR systems, procedures and policies.

This role is responsible for maintaining HR Service Team knowledge content, process documentation and to develop and deliver related team training for the HR Service Associates. The role is also the regional point person for investigating the root cause of data or service quality issues, and tracking system issues, defects and enhancement requests and remediation.

The HR Service Process Lead provides primary support for HRIS, compensation and payroll, providing data and process support as needed. This role also provides back up support for the Regional Service Team Lead as needed.

Detailed responsibilities include:
•Act as an escalation point for complex cases for HR Service Associates
•Proactively review case load, type, resolution time, identification of recurring issues being handled by CSAs
•Run all regional case management and telephony metrics reports and analyze CSA activities
•Deliver HR Service Associate Training
•Maintain and approve HR Connect Knowledge Articles and Process/SOP Documentation for CSA and own areas of responsibility; review and approve other HR service team content as appropriate
•Drive process improvement projects to increase service quality and responsiveness
•Tracking and root cause analysis on data and process quality issues. Classify and track remediation of root causes, up to and including implementation as appropriate (e.g. process change, training and documentation).
•Bi-weekly US payroll reconciliation
•Oversee clean-up activities as needed
•Primary ownership for HR Connect system issues, defect and enhancement tracking and remediation (Case Management System, HRMS, CISCO IVR, ATS, Document Mgmt. System)
•Tuition reimbursement processing
•Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed for relevant systems (Case Mgmt, HRMS, CISCO IVR)

The HR Service Delivery function is accountable for implementing and maintaining the Global HRMS systems, managing reporting and data analytics, overseeing global HR project management and ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient HR transaction processing and APAC/EMEA payroll processing within the HR Service Team. The HR Service Delivery function consists of the Global HR Service Team, Global HR Systems, Global HR Project Management Office and Global HR Data & Analytics, .

•Bachelor's degree required•4-5 years of experience working in HR shared services environments•Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information among project team members•Excellent customer service skills•Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills•Strong analytical, problem solving, and, organizational skills•Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities•Attention to detail and ability to work independently•Comfortable and experienced in processing workflow, transactions and data changes using SAP/SuccessFactors, Kenexa 2XB or similar HRMS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems.•Knowledge of ServiceNow or other case management systems.•Experience with process mapping; knowledge of Visio or other process mapping software•Ability to promote and implement changes to current practices and processes•Knowledge of US practices and regulatory guidelines
