Description

  • Be the subject matter expertise in managing the Charge Dispute process
  • Support daily operations of Card Dispute processing, risk monitoring, control and services standards
  • To oversight daily operations at Regional Processing Center (TCS) in India and Dalian in China (DL) Processing Center
  • To deal with internal department users and external merchant customers for providing with the updated and required data
  • Manage daily dispute activities including to ensure proper execution by Service Provider with procedural control and regulatory compliance
  • To ensure timely and proper execution of daily dispute cases under different status and stages
  • To identify any irregularities and report to Department Manager and Head
  • To liaise amongst cross-functional areas: Contact Center, Card Business, Branches and Operations
  • Support new projects, products and services development and respective UPT/UAT testing
  • To prepare MIS reports, management and regulatory reports


Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in Retail Banking and Credit Card operations, preferably in charge dispute and interchange settlement
  • Good coaching skills
  • Strong compliance and control sense
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure, independently with minimal guidance
