Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Respond to client enquiries and to be the primary point of contact with client for professional advice.
2. Work with internal clients for service requirement, enquiries and instructions
3. Understand client's needs and identify opportunities for improving the product solution, increasing utilization and optimizing channel usage.
4. To achieve the standard of quality management system in line with requirement in service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

* Solid Banking experience in Trades or Cash Management is preferable
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good client services experience
* Self-motivated, independent and able to handle pressure
