RiverRock Securities is seeking for a professional to join the Financial Advisory team on all origination and execution efforts. Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/ M&A) experience is required.

The Financial Advisory Group at RiverRock offers financing and corporate advisory services to mid-market companies focusing on Equity/Debt Raising mandates and M&A assignments. 

An analyst role at RiverRock provides a unique opportunity to fulfil your potential due to the breadth of industries and the diversity of the projects involved.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and analysing financial models for investment analyses, valuations and structuring work,
  • Creating, drafting and taking ownership of presentations and memoranda for a wider audience both internally within the firm as well as externally,
  • Gathering market data to analyse trends and help value companies and transactions,
  • Helping to manage and assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions,
  • Working on other ad-hoc assignments.

Position Qualifications:

  • Current experience as an investment banking analyst or related financial position,
  • Outstanding academic record ideally with a business or finance related degree from a leading academic institution,
  • Strong financial valuation and analytical skills,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Driven to work hard within a demanding environment,
  • Capability to work independently and proactively,
  • Fluency in German, Italian, or Spanish is preferred.
