Our Regulatory Change Practice has a number of MiFiD 2 engagements that require Senior BA's with in-depth Front to Back Trade Life-cycle expertise x-asset classes. Ideally with strong Order Management experience (Vendor or In-house Systems)
Our most immediate requirement is for a team of 4 at one of our IB Clients, to work in the FICC Front Office change team on a strategic OMS solution. It will require demonstrable OMS implementation experience (vendor or in-house built) - where knowledge of the RTS for MIFiD-2 Pre & Post Trade Reporting will be ideal, but not essential. The project will not end with MifID-2 2018 Q1 deadline, as it is a strategic solution for the FICC FO Business to provide a new in-house OMS that has to be MiFiD 2 compliant but will involve longer term implementation.
Mifid II Front Office BAs (4) – OMS Experience Technical Business Analysts that can work on the business and IT sides (more bus knowledge than dev)

OMS experience such as:
Implemented OMS and understand the business impacts and flows of such a programme Previous experience of SalesTrader workflows Developing the Business processes Cuts across FICC (fixed income, rates, credit, commodities).
Can be: Asset class agnostic if you have worked on the BA part of a OMS integration.
