A rapidly expanding boutique private equity firm is looking for a new addition to their finance & operations team.
The business focuses on the Pan-European mid-market and manages two funds fully back by institutional investors from the US & Europe. They are going to be launching two further funds in the next 12-24 months as they continue to expand their business.
The role will support the COO and have a wide breath of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Funds & holding companies administration;
- Fund reporting;
- Investor relations;
- Fund accounting;
- Legal documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years industry experience and will have completed some of their formal accounting qualification. It will suit somebody that is working for a fund administrator currently on private equity clients who is keen to make the move to a private equity firm. The COO plans to move in to a more strategic position and move away from the day to day finance of the fund meaning there will be a continuous flow of increased responsibilities and development. As a business they are fully committed to the development of this individual and further study support will be provided.
They are looking for somebody bright and ambitious, who will strive to improve the infrastructure of the business and continually ask questions. It’s a small team and therefore you will have excellent exposure to the senior stakeholders and investment team including a company-wide weekly meeting to discuss current and potential investments, which you will be expected to contribute to.
