FP&A Financial Manager
This position plays an important role within the Profitability team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Profitability, this person will be a key contributor to help build out a comprehensive profitability and analytics function. The ideal candidate will assume a high level of ownership, be a self-starter, analytically minded with a strong focus on detail, committed to high quality deliverables, and possess the strong ability to communicate horizontally and vertically. Previous FP&A experience required, knowledge of, and experience with, profitability methodologies is preferred. This is an individual contributor position.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting that will drive proactive insight into the profitability of the enterprise
  • Manage, update, and enhance underlying data processes between G/L, costing, and management reporting systems
  • In conjunction with other groups across FP&A identify client products and activities that drive enterprise wide and business specific expenses
  • Build and maintain effective internal networks across the organization, ensuring good flow of information and building the reputation of the Profitability function
  • Collaborate with other department personnel to support overall department goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Participate in corporate initiatives projects and ensure that tasks and activities are addressed in a timely manner
  • Perform other specific duties and responsibilities and special projects as required or assigned by FP&A Management

  • 2-5 years of finance experience, including management of financial reporting and/or financial analysis processes
  • Strong project management and execution focus; extremely organized and effective at time management
  • Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth-oriented environment
  • Interact well with a variety of constituencies
  • Strong quantitative and analytical experience and financial modeling skills
  • Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies
  • Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with RapidABC, Axiom EPM, and Hyperion Essbase a plus
