CLA is looking to hire an Assurance/ Audit Director or Manager for our growing construction practice in Novato, CA!

As an Assurance/ Audit or Tax Manager or Director you will:

• Manage and develop relationships with great clients.
• Assist clients with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives by using a range of tools.
• Be creative with staff development, mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams.
• Lead the engagement progress by monitoring time budgets and deadlines for adherence.
• Communicate important developments to the engagement principal along with facts, conclusions, and recommendations.

What makes you a really attractive candidate?

• You love public accounting.
• Audit and/ or Tax is your true passion, although certainly NOT your only thing.
• Youre pretty darn good at audit and/or tax!
• You jump at the chance to help others and youre ready to lead a team of high-performing people.
• You have a knack for solving issues and can confidently bring solutions to the table.
• In your bag of tricks, you have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• You have an active CPA license and have been working for at least two years as a senior in public accounting.
