Senior Recruitment Advisor Sacramento, CA/en-US/CLA/job/Sacramento-CA/Senior-Talent-Acquisition-Advisor_R4163/apply CLA is seeking an experienced public accounting Senior Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Advisor for our Talent Acquisition Team at CLA for our West Region. This person will recruit for various levels and positions in the public accounting arena for locations such as Sacramento, Las Vegas, Reno, Novato and Salt Lake City. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will assist in identifying, defining hiring needs and collaborating with a variety of CLA leaders to hire the best talent internally and externally. They will perform full life-cycle recruiting including proactive sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and closing offers. They will perform proactive candidate searches via the web, employee referrals, unsolicited resumes, and social networking. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will need strong interview skills in order to facilitate the selection process and must be able to follow and demonstrate appropriate recruiting processes. They should possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in order to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on key business needs. They must be proactive in both recruiting efforts to find qualified candidates as well as communication of those proactive activities with hiring leaders within the firm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Four years of experience recruiting in a corporate or executive recruiting firm.
  • Bachelors Degree in HR or business related field. Five years of experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree. A combination of corporate and agency recruiting is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required
  • 3 years of Accounting or Finance recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with ATS - Workday is preferred
  • General understanding of OFCCP/AAP Guidelines is highly preferred
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience highly preferred
