The AIE San Francisco is Capgeminis flagship innovation asset.  At the AIE we help our clients to navigate their most challenging business and technology issues.  We immerse our clients into the world of innovation, new ways of working, modern architectures.  We challenge and coach them to uncover opportunities to become more proficient applied innovators.  We are a small team, obsessed with having an impact on our clients, our firm, our talent, and our partners.  The AIE SF is part of Capgeminis Chief Innovation Office.  The CINO office works to assure world-class innovation infrastructure is developed, scaled, and embedded into how Capgemini sells, delivers and services our clients.  The Stakeholder Impact & Service Delivery Strategist will support the Delivery Director to assure the AIE service catalog is delivered effectively, efficiently and with high impact.  The Strategist will also work with the delivery team to drive strong operations, reporting, communication, and industrialization. The AIE is not for everyone.  It is a demanding environment, often with high degrees of ambiguity, tight deadlines, and high expectations.  It is also extremely rewarding we routinely engage the biggest and best companies in the world, and the top players in Silicon Valley. Responsibilities: Development & Delivery of the AIE Service Catalog The AIE SF has a robust service catalog, which would include offerings like Discover Workshops, Ecosystem Scans, Innovation as a Service, Residency, Innovation Coaching. This role will be responsible for supporting the overall development / evolution of these offerings as well as the delivery of them.  A Key AIE offering is a Discover Workshop.   These directly engage clients, partners, and Capgemini leaders to design and deliver multi-day workshops for clients.  They focus on leveraging a proven AIE discipline and methodology to help clients navigate and apply innovation to their most significant problem statements.  This role will support the Impact & Delivery Director in the design and delivery workshops. This role will partner closely with other mand briefing 3rd parties, documentation, content development, and post-workshop follow-up.  embers of the AIE SF team to assure excellence in delivery quality and high impact.  This will include end to end program management, facilitation, account team coordination, sourcing The Strategist will also support the ongoing evolution of AIE Delivery function.  Assuring governance, process, reporting, talent development, communication, and industrialization. Stakeholder Impact Capgemini is a matrixed organization, with a diverse set of internal stakeholders.  The AIE also engages deeply with external stakeholders, such as partners, academia, venture capital, and startups.  It is essential that the AIE work to drive impact to the many stakeholders it serves.  This will come in many forms.  Examples include:
  • Assuring account teams are conditioned to leverage applied innovation models in their account
  • Lead program management of new AIE offerings
  • Collaborate with account teams to assure AIE products are embedded into proposals
  • External constituents understand the role AIE plays and they gain value from direct client engagement
  • Coordinating with the global AIE network to advance new thought leadership & offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of experience
  • Passion for innovation and emerging technologies always on the cutting edge of whats next
  • Passion for customers and customer engagement
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with prototyping, product management, alliances, business development preferred
  • Public speaking and presentations skills
  • Detailed oriented and strong project management skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Facilitation skills
  • Experience in the Bay Area, including an existing network
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
