Position Description

We are looking for an experienced, San Francisco based Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) to support the Marketing Manager (MM) in developing, designing and executing regional marketing initiatives, in-person and virtual events and experiences for our West Coast offices, which include San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Seattle. The AMM will report to the MM in the Atlanta office.

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not be limited to:

  • Support the Marketing and Brand and Business Development Managers in roll out of marketing initiatives for the West Coast Region
  • Develop marketing plans for advisors and execute high-touch, impactful virtual and in-person events for targeted cohorts
  • Work in partnership with client service staff, consultants, and 3rd party outsourcing company to initiate/execute events and meetings
  • Create invitations, collaborate with editors, design and legal teams when necessary
  • Field general marketing inquiries from support staff
  • Partner with MM on managing regional marketing budgets and reconciling expenses
  • Track and report on effectiveness of key initiatives inclusive of budget management
  • General administration of internal/external mailings and communications

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years previous experience in a marketing/events role
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Travel will be required
  • Salesforce and Pardot knowledge is a plus
