The Director, Credit Onboarding represents the lifeblood forgrowth for SVB and differentiating our digital capabilities from ourcompetition. T his role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of ourdigital transformation strategy. The idealcandidate will:
Possess a strongproduct management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, andagile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
Demonstrate priorexperience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channelonboarding experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of commercialcredit onboarding which include:
Integration with rules engines, decision engines, CRM, documentmanager, agent workflow(Appian) and credit workflow solutions.
Demonstrate anability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define thetechnology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to optimize straightthrough processing while managing credit risk.
Have previousexperience in loan originations and ability to collaborate with Risk,Compliance, Regulatory partners
Be a strategist. Develop and translate our high-levelstrategic vision into product roadmaps.
Be the voice of the user. Understand user needs,identify the problem and market opportunity, ideate solutions, prototype, andvalidate hypotheses.

A Bachelors Degree in science, engineering, orquantitative major that requires structured problem solving
10+ years of Product Management experience inBanking/Financial Services with a focus on loan/credit originations
3+ years direct knowledge and experience withonboarding
Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and workeffectively in cross-functional teams and work with Exec stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with abilityto communicate complex concepts in writing or verbally to entry level to Execlevel audiences
Strong understanding and working experience withdesign-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital productsand experiences
Strong knowledge of Agile routines and proven abilityto lead in an Agile working environment
