Better requires process discipline and simplification
As product lead for user acquisition it will be your job to identify and build acquisition levers that accelerate new user growth trajectory. You'll do this by using your strong data-driven approach to identify highest potential areas across the product experience and test variants of those experiences to unlock growth opportunities.

We'll look to you to develop a rapid pace of testing, learning, iterating and improving to unlocking acquisition opportunities at a rapid pace. You'll have a deep understanding of marketing tools and social channels and ability to leverage them in pursuit of growth. In this role you will also be working closely with other product groups, marketing, regional business teams, customer support teams to understand customer expectations and design effective solution to exceed them.

You'll also bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. In addition, you'll obsessively seeks to understand the customer's perspective, is data-driven, has a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

To succeed in the role, you will have over 10 years of experience building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms. You'll also have at least 5 years of product experience in Web/Mobile technologies, and Web/Mobile user experience; as well as, experience with paid digital marketing - paid display, social etc.
Furthermore, you have experience with earned digital marketing - SEO/ASO, content marketing etc., as well as; extensive experience in web and mobile analytics. You have a background in engineering and managing a team of product managers. Furthermore, you extensive agile experience, the ability to break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories; as well as, the ability to negotiate with engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope, and complexity.
