Key Responsibilities:

The Credit Line Management responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement world class Existing Customer Line Management strategies including reactive/proactive line increase, line reduction and line reallocation to drive sustainable business growth and customer loyalty. 
  • Develop credit line increase targeting criteria as well as assigning appropriate CLI amount by leveraging advanced machine learning techniques such as GBM/XGBoost, SVM, Random Forests, Ensemble learning methods, Hierarchical Clustering and leveraging A/B test or multivariate test design.
  • Create and maintain the existing customer line management principles and framework.
  • Incorporate consumers' behavior and sensitivity into line increase/decrease actions to satisfy card members' revolving and spending needs.
  • Work closely with business partner in Decision Management, Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
  • Explore and evaluate new data sources and techniques to enhance decision.
  • Manage projects effectively - define scope, direct and prioritize resources, deliver on time and generate the best outcome.
  • Understand Citi Product P&L and its drivers. expense-revenue tradeoff for call deflection and call containment.
  • End to end project management to develop strategy, build consensus across cross functional stake-holders and implement recommendations.
  • Design tests and evaluate incremental P&L impact of CLI across channels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors level degree required in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering (Graduate level is preferred)
  • Superior analytical and practical problem solving abilities
  • Extensive experience in Python, R, SAS & SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical skills.
  • Expertise in machine learning methods (Deep Learning, GBM, SVM) is preferred.
  • Working experience in Credit Card industry with focus on quantitative analytics is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills
