JOB DESCRIPTION Global Testing and Business Support LeadAnalyst
The Global Testing & BusinessSupport (GTBS) team has the following main responsibilities for all coveredproducts within Global Collateral Management and Segregation:
- Production support: Liaison betweentechnology and business operation groups as a first level of escalation forissues encountered on functional BAU processes or system issues
- Stakeholder in Agile Scrum teamssprints:
Ø Help building stories (requirements)
Ø Enrich and control QA functional testing within sprintcycles
- User Acceptance and integrationTesting: Perform integration and regression testing, defect management, supportimplementation to production, training to stakeholders and post implementationsupport. First line of support for UAT issues encountered by team members.
- Client onboarding support (includesclient facing)
Ø Inbound and outbound messaging expertise support to internaland external clients
Ø Reporting set up coordination
Ø Client access set up coordination
Ø Client testing
The GTBS Senior Analyst has the responsibilityto support the Collateral Management and Segregation business groups in theirday to day on system and functional process problems as well as to specificallyown the UAT and/or Client onboarding for the assigned projects and/or clientonboarding.Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
