Responsible for the governance and oversight of Audio Visual Infrastructure. Fulfills lead technical role for the Audio Visual team, engaging with CME architecture and vendor partners to evaluate effectiveness of existing equipment, evaluate new technology, and establish future direction.
Principal Accountabilities:
• AV Leadership: Demonstrates ability to lead a team. Ability to mentor and lead peers on initiatives. Takes ownership of initiatives with little to no guidance.
• AV Software and Hardware: Maintains and supports the hardware that drives the in room AV experience.  Support integrations with various hardware and software components.  Stay up to date with industry trends.
• AV Support: Provide professional in room and remote support for setting up and running meetings.
• AV Troubleshooting: Utilizes and demonstrate proper use of all troubleshooting tools.  This can include both software based (such as TMS) and hardware based (Fluke NetTool).
• Project Management: Drive various projects and initiatives globally.  This includes designs, build outs, room refreshes, and back end tool deployments.  This will require working with internal teams and external vendors.

Skills:
Audio processing, video distribution, basic network design, security, and troubleshooting
