Overview
The Manager of North America Partner Operations is responsible for the operations of Enablons partner program and the management of Service Partner relationships. The Manager of North America Partner Operations collaborations closely with Alliance Management team and internal Enablon departments to coordinate, communicate and advise on how best to manage and grow the Enablon partner ecosystem.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
The Manager of North America Partner Operations will have a deep understanding of the Enablon solution and the product/sales/services strategy with the aim of developing programmatic approaches to integrate and enable partners to succeed in the Enablon ecosystem. This role will have a wide span of responsibilities in the following (but not limited to) areas:
