  • Manage supervisory, professional and / or support employees within Global Onboarding team, including the day-to-day responsibilities of the team and foster their growth and subject matter expertise within global compliance / entity management
  • Accountable for the performance and results of the Global Onboarding team and the functions objectives as they align to Global and CT Corp
  • Support the enhancement of tools and processes to help meet team objectives and support continued growth
  • Client-facing role expected to support or lead the onboarding of global clients to CTs services through strong project management, problem solving, and a thorough understanding (or ability to interpret) global compliance regulations


  • Five to seven years of global compliance or entity management experience
  • Three to five years of project management experience
  • One to three years in a leadership role involving managing resource(s)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited college/university preferred (bar certification not required)
  • Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficient in CRM applications including Salesforce and Service Cloud
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in an undefined environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain a positive team dynamic and client experience
