Marketing Manager

Working with the SVP Leasing and other executives, the Manager is responsible for defining and implementing the Lillibridge Healthcare Services property and brand marketing and communications strategy to support our market leading position in the Medical Office Building industry. The Manager will enhance, promote and protect the Company's image, reputation and brand within the context of its parent company, Ventas, Inc. The primary objectives of this position are to support the Leasing team to achieve their sales and retention objectives, enhance the image of our buildings across constituencies at both the platform and building level through internal and external communications and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities: Property Marketing
  • Working collaboratively with the Leasing team, create progressive marketing materials and programs to lease vacant space and retain existing tenants
  • Working collaboratively with the Property Management team, provide marketing support to enhance the reputation and visibility of each building's brand within the local market through a wide variety of tactics (local events such as Doctors Day, branded materials, marketing collateral)
  • Manage development of all marketing collateral in alignment with marketing and leasing plans (brochures, ads, promotional materials)
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results through increases in new leasing
  • Manage and enhance building reputation metrics through CoStar ratings
Brand Management
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of consistent Lillibridge marketing and branding strategies in line with company objectives and in collaboration with the parent company
  • Oversee and manage platform marketing budget and cost tracking
  • Lead national branding efforts for consistency across the portfolio and to reduce costs by planning, negotiating and purchasing in volume where possible
  • Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness; enhance and strengthen the brand to position against competitors
  • Measure and report on marketing efforts and drive ongoing improvements and adjustments
  • Create modern, compelling content across multiple channels including, but not limited to, video, print, digital, in- person meetings
  • Maintain proactive online presence for Lillibridge including company website, and social media channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Website Content Management
  • Develop and enhance the Lillibridge website into a leading tool focused on supporting leasing and tenant communications
  • Maintain a cohesive design for the Lillibridge website and increase its online marketing presence
  • Develop creative, clear written and visual material for in support of the organization's marketing programs in accordance with the established editorial and style guidelines
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
  • Analyze data to learn how users interact with the site; manage and enhance online reputation metrics
Internal Communications
  • Partner with the leadership and functional teams to develop effective employee messaging with a focus on maintaining the consistency, style and tone of internal communications while conveying a clear connection to our mission and values
  • Write and edit materials, including announcements, intranet articles, executive talking points/speeches, and company presentations
  • Assist executive team with content development for quarterly town halls
  • Collaborate and leverage information with parent company marketing & communications team to maximize reach and extend the corporate narrative
  • Execution and promotion of Kingsley Awards and other field-based recognition award programs
  • In partnership with Human Resources, support employee recognition and feedback initiatives
Employee Portal Management
  • Maintain and develop L-Street, the Companys employee intranet portal. Govern, manage, edit and proactively evolve content
  • Assist with editing posts from content managers and authors, and work with agency to develop graphics and multimedia content to enhance the site
  • Approve content for homepage promotion and take initiative to maintain specific employee resources on the site
Sponsorship Management
  • Optimize corporate sponsorships to gain maximum advantage for spend including but not limited to advertising, branding, event participation, and payment of annual fees
  • Proactively communicate impact and promote visibility of sponsorships through internal and external channels
Agency & Vendor Management
  • Monitor quality of work and provide ongoing feedback and counsel in ownership areas to agency partners to help them meet objectives and deliver the best work
  • Monitor and guide agency spend against established budgets to ensure effective resource management
  • Partner with Ventas marketing and communications to plan, negotiate and purchase in volume where possible


  • 7+ years' experience in marketing or communications; property marketing experience preferred
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or related field
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to craft messages that set the right tone and consistency for various communication vehicles
  • Handle highly confidential/sensitive information with discretion
  • Reasonable familiarity with financial matters
