As an Accounts Receivables / Finance Coordinator, you will perform the following tasks:
Manage accounts payable processes to include; vendor relations, appropriate general ledger coding, and processing payment requests.
Assist engagement teams with timely billing and perform general clerical duties
Support the Managing Principals, Operations Director and team leads with proactive analysis of production, profitability, and overall financial performance on a weekly basis
Serve as the Point of Contact on all Software data management, new client set up, engagement rolling, billing, invoices / statements, client work in progress, A/R questions, time and expense monitoring
The ability to adjust to changing priorities and growing responsibilities. Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately
Answer phones / greet visitors/ receptionist tasks
Perform monthly accounting/bookkeeping tasks, A/P
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and in a professional manner
Proven ability to make effective use of time, plan ahead, and coordinate multiple projects
Performing other duties as requested, directed or assigned
This position requires someone with the following qualities

Interpersonal and people skills
Technical Skills Highly Preferred:
Use a variety of office software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook or other formatting programs) to prepare
Skype / MS Teams / Pivot Tables / V-look up
Minimum job requirements required
3 or more years of related administrative experience
Professional services industry experience, a plus
High school degree or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree, a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office Products is necessary (Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe)
Experience with Metaviewer, a plus
Experience with STAR, a plus
