Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory QRM Support Specialist (QRM Coordinator)
The QRM Support Specialist (QRM Coordinator) plays an important role in the client service delivery cycle under limited supervision, where they perform independent, preliminary reviews of lower-risk submissions, evaluate the sufficiency and accuracy of these submissions, and communicate the results directly to engagement leadership. The QRM Support Specialist is responsible for managing the submission intake process and exercising independent judgment and discretion to help ensure risk reviews are taking place in an efficient and effective manner.
In addition, the Coordinator performs certain preliminary reviews to confirm that all expected information is made available for the QRM. Furthermore, the Coordinator helps collect and track metrics and statistics related to operations and some analytics. The Coordinator should be self-motivated and able to think and work independently. An intermediate level proficiency of administrative skills including communication and computing is required. The role also requires basic knowledge of the clients business, Deloitte Advisory Quality and Risk Management processes, workflow and requirements, and other behavioral competencies (e.g., professionalism, ability to accept and incorporate feedback, etc.).
Ideal location would be Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, or McLean, although telecommuting arrangement can be made. This is a full time position. The QRM Support Specialist (QRM Coordinator) reports directly to Deloitte Advisory QRM leadership, with direction and feedback provided by the QRM Network.
•Monitoring DAP Advisory application and shared market offering e-mail mailboxes.
•Review submissions to confirm that all required information is available
•Communicate directly with Engagement Leaders and teams as necessary
•Initial review, sort and reroute submissions to appropriate QRM or Deputy QRM.
•Performs validation of components of lower-risk submissions where judgment is required to determine the sufficiency and accuracy of the submission. When the submission expectations are not met, individual in this role will independently determine whether or not the submission needs to be sent back to the engagement team for further processing or if the submission can proceed.
•Collect, track, and compile certain DAP acceptance or quality metrics based on DAP or other available data sources for statistics related to operations.
•Supports initiatives aligned with the current Advisory strategy, which may include assisting with execution of projects as needed.
•Provide occasional guidance, technical advice and user-type training to staff or others in responding to QRM or DAP related inquiries.
