We are looking for an experienced and talented Scrum Master with a proven track record to join our team!
As our Scrum Master, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies with key focus on productivity, transparency and accountability.
Oversee and manage scope, release process, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
Monitor release schedule and risks and escalate to key stakeholders to minimize delays in product releases.
Define, develop, and measure key KPIs that provide visibility to stakeholders on the progress.
Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
Implements best program/project management practices
Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5 - 8 years of experience in Financial Services, prefer work developing digital products and services.
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
3 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a team that not only performs software development but is experienced in contributing to most aspects of building or improving the business model (regulatory, legal, operational, etc.).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
3-5 years of experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques.
3-5 years of experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working JIRA is must.
