Wealth Mgmt Digital Services Head of Run & Change Management New 📅 83082 Requisition # 📅 2 days ago Post Date The Head of Wealth Management/ Run and Change Management is a member of the leadership team for Wealth Management Digital Services. This role is responsible for rolling-out new and change functions of existing client and partner journeys, tools, products and experiences, including possible business-as-usual operating model reorganization. This leadership position defines and drives best practices and protocols through the Wealth Management business. Focused on excellence in our delivery of sales and services, this role will be responsible for the following: • Working extensively across Wealth Management offices to help define, educate, and shape best practices, integrating them into digital change and end-to-end experiences. • Improving the roll-out and change approach making the organization more efficient in achieving the targeted effects in close collaborations with product owners and other key stakeholders. Ensuring quality and efficiency of the roll-out, capability building, coaching, and change effort, making sure we reach targeted outcomes. • Integrated measurement and monitoring of ‘run’, ensuring change and new practices are embedded in the culture and workplace. Great leadership skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. • Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. • Providing leadership and direction through managers and delivering exceptional client and business results. • Accountability for the performance and results of a division or region. • Executing business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy. Decisions are guided by functional or major operational segment strategy and priorities. • Prioritizing roll-outs of different products in the markets and maintaining a deep understanding of specific market requirements needed to adapt products and workforce technologies • Deploying new, and change existing journeys, tools, products and experiences in the markets according to roll-out plan from key stakeholders (i.e., transition the ‘mission’ from Product Owner to BAU) • Synchronizing roadmaps to ensure strong operational and organizational readiness within markets when rolling-out change • Performing integrated measurement and monitoring of ‘run’ • Managing the Service Excellence Program; designing, packaging and implementing comprehensive practices to support the business; working actively with other areas of Wealth Management and the company to embed practices into the culture and habits and surround with digital reinforcement and tools to support the consistent delivery. • Overseeing workforce technologies and other resources, such as the WM Intranet, to ensure partners have the tools and information needed. • Developing a thorough understanding of technical and process related issues and acting on them during the roll-out • Managing cross-functional relationships and dependencies within and between product roll-outs & changes • Promoting the agile mindset and culture across all functions & regions • Managing regional & local stakeholders in an inclusive and efficient way and building partnerships with local organizations and businesses to support our operations in the market • Enabling continuous improvement during projects, and ensure learnings are documented and shared with other teams • Disseminating knowledge and best practices outside of Digital Services • Identifying and managing stakeholders with differing change needs • Designing, developing and delivering change programs and initiatives to maximize user adoption and effect realization from the product • Directing the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems • Guided by organization functional strategy, has broad impact on the functional, divisional or regional results

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • At least 10 years of management experience; leading through subordinate managers and empowering team members and colleagues to fail, learn, and grow

  • Degree in business, engineering, communications

  • Masters or certification in change management, communications

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Proven experience in the development of functional/operational long-term strategy and development of annual business plans to ensure alignment

  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholder groups, both internal and external spread across multiple geographies

  • Proven experience negotiating with senior leaders across a business unit

  • Previous experience leading the roll-outs and change efforts

  • Understand core business processes

  • Business and customer-oriented mindset and; ability to solve complex problems and anticipate and manage risks

  • Broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive financial performance

  • Ability to travel to and work in the respective geography during the roll-out period as need
