Client Relationship Manager
Client Relationship Manager (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Boston, Massachusetts ): will manage, develop, and grow internal and external client relationships representing State Street Global Markets (SSGM) Indirect FX and StreetFX services, whereby over 50% of our clients utilize these foreign exchange (FX) transaction execution services. The individual will act as a single point of contact for StreetFX clients based in North America and for all Indirect and StreetFX FX queries. Specific duties of the position include: Managing a portfolio of large institutional investor client relationships; expanding and growing these existing relationships to increase the Company's revenue and deal flow from complex foreign exchange transaction executions; assisting senior colleagues in developing new business initiatives and contributing to projects to increase or extend existing foreign exchange transactions products and services; identifying new business opportunities in foreign exchange markets by working closely with Sector Sales and Global Relationship management teams; assuming responsibility for FX transactions daily pricing to ensure trades are priced in accordance with State Street's guidelines for each service; following up on inquiries from large institutional investor clients related to executed trades; and ensuring adherence to all government financial regulations as well as internal State Street policies and procedures and escalating any issues to the Company's senior management team. International/domestic travel required 30% of the time.

Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; and 5 years of experience in foreign exchange, financial services, or related markets.

Must have: Deep understanding of FX operational workflows and applications; k nowledge of foreign exchanges, financial services, and other global financial related markets; p roven knowledge of the principles of finance; strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to develop interpersonal relationships with clients; ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines; ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and create process improvements; ability to create strategic growth plans and articulate to management; strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail; demonstrated client service, solutions orientation and ethical behavior; ability to review and design client workflow solutions for FX execution, and work directly with client for implementation; proven knowledge of FX trading applications (RRS and D3) for pricing; strong knowledge of Dodd Frank, Volcker and Variation Margin regulatory requirements and impact to operational workflows and execution; and deep understanding of FX operational workflows and applications. (Unless otherwise indicated, State Street is seeking the ability in the skills listed above with no specific amount of years of experience required. All experience can be gained concurrently.)
