A top-tier institutional asset management firm with $40+ billion in AUM is currently looking to hire a Client Reporting Performance Analyst with 3 - 5+ years of Client Reporting / Performance Analysis experience within the asset management / financial services industry. This is an expansionary role which reports to the Manager of Client Reporting. The role can be based in either Boston, MA or Boca Raton, FL and relocation expenses can be covered to a great extent.

Position

The Client Reporting Performance Analyst is a member of the Operations, Analytics and Technology Group and will report to the Manager of Client Reporting. The Client Reporting Perfomance Analyst will have an interest and expertise in investment management and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. The role will involve working across all business units at the firm to provide accurate investment reporting to individual and institutional clients, investment consultants, financial advisors, corporate partners, and senior management. The core responsibility of this position is to deliver reports within the firm and to external parties while providing a best-in-class service experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all of the firm's teams to ensure operational effectiveness and workflow management

• Plan, organize and prioritize assignments to ensure quality and on-time delivery of client reports, internal and external accounts and investment documentation, and ad hoc reporting

• Ensure effective and efficient operations and administration of all client accounts by analyzing and defining standards, processes, and procedures

• Ensure client database is updated and maintained for integrity

• Recommend improvements to operational methods and workflow to ensure effective and efficient operating environment

• Continuously improve and enhance reporting outputs for internal teams, business partners and clients

• Deliver outputs to teams across the firm on a scheduled basis and on demand

• Set up documentation to ensure that all reporting processes and procedures are appropriately verified and secured

• Support teams across the firm on special projects and initiatives that impact client experience, client retention, business strategy, sales, financial analysis, and other functional areas

• Research and recommend reporting tools, methods, and capabilities to continuously improve the capability of the firm

• Organize and lead technical workshops on using reporting tools and methodologies to advance reporting capabilities

• Represent the Firm with integrity and model Firm values and professional standards

Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, client reporting, operations or investor relations within the asset management / financial services industry

• Detailed-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Agile with an ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment and tight deadlines

• Ability to find creative solutions to business requirements

• Skilled at working independently and with a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Tableau (preferred) and SQL (preferred).
