Our client is an established law firm with their main office in the Boston area. They are looking for a Controller to join their firm to act as the #1 finance lead in their organization.

Job overview:

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Manage daily department functions and supervise accounting staff, including delegation to team leads
• Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership
• Oversee billing, e-billing, payments, client trust accounts (IOLTA), and required filings
• Drive process improvements and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures

Requirements

Keys:

• 15+ years overall  
• Law firm exp. IOLTA exposure.
• Customer Service attitude.
• Wants to mentor.
