The Purpose of Your Role

The Manager of Thought Leadership resides within the Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership function, in the Marketing division of Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions (FCCS). In this role you will be responsible for helping execute thought leadership programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing colleagues, and likely colleagues in these groups: practice management, market research, sales and relationship management, agency (both internal and external) and analytics professionals.

The Value You Deliver

In your role, you will be responsible for production of the Thought Leadership program for FCCS. You will be:

  • Supporting Marketing colleagues and business partners with the development and launch of new or enhanced thought leadership and practice management programs, which could require the development of collateral and whitepapers, creation of client events or webinars, and management of promotional campaigns.
  • Writing content for thought leadership deliverables or the promotion of thought leadership materials (e.g., social media posts).
  • Managing the eReview process for new or updated thought leadership materials, and the process to post or update materials on our websites and social media.
  • Coordinating work with Fidelity's internal agency or outside vendors.
  • Writing content or communications to create or promote our thought leadership.
  • Helping in the collection and analysis of metrics on thought leadership programs.
  • Managing various relationships and partners to ensure compliant, on time and on budget delivery of materials.
  • Developing strong and collaborative relationships with business partners.
  • Bringing new ideas and suggestions to the table to improve processes or deliverables.

The Expertise We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a benefit.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the wealth management industry.
  • Positive attitude, professional, self-motivated.
  • Eager to learn, participate, and contribute however necessary with positive, "can-do" approach to assignments
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to translate date into stories.
  • Completes projects with high degree of accuracy and quality.
  • Solid project management and account management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • PowerPoint skills, ability to portray data into attractive graphics.
  • Social media experience a plus
