Manager, SaaS Operations
Manager, SaaS Operations (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Burlington, Massachusetts ): will build and manage high-performing Application Management teams supporting SaaS client onboarding and post-live support services for clients' subscribing to Charles River IMS SaaS solutions. This role requires strong management and leadership skills and is a "hands-on" role performing and overseeing service implementations, production support, and service enhancements. Specific duties include: identifying the REST API for Tidal Job Scheduler and implement automated JOB creations process using Python/Flask to reduce manual work; designing the architecture of solutions and implement the solution through production; working on Rundeck and write proof of concept code in Ansible/GIT to design and implement solutions for Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS); develop web-based application architectures using Python, Django, Rundeck, Json, and/or GIT to support centralized configuration management system for CRIMS; performing change management including parameters, configurations, and interfaces; overseeing user administration/privileges; executing application configuration and performance tuning; running application patches and version upgrades; assisting with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery; participating in the development and on-going refinement, enhancement, and continuous process improvement for the services; and leveraging DevOps and other third-party tools to automate and streamline service delivery processes.

Minimum requirements are: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or directly related field; and 3 years of experience managing and supporting mission critical production software applications in financial technology. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or directly related field; and 6 years of experience managing and supporting mission critical production software applications in financial technology.

Must have: Demonstrated experience in MS SQL Server databases; demonstrated experience with Rundeck, Python, GIT, Json, and Django; demonstrated experience with Trade Order Management software, Middle or Back Office trading applications, or Financial applications; demonstrated experience in portfolio management and trading system applications; and demonstrated experience with databases, server operating systems, servers, networks, job scheduling software, system monitoring software, clusters/high availability systems, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, and FIX. (Unless otherwise indicated, State Street is seeking the ability in the skills listed above with no specific amount of years of experience required. All experience can be gained concurrently).
