AROLE YOU WILL LOVE

Under minimal  supervision, supports the management team asthe subject matter expert on client/shareholder initiated Restricted Transferrequests, communicates verbally and in writing with the issuer and/orissuer/shareholder counsel to educate and resolve deficiencies identified withrestricted transfer transactions and sees item through resolution, initiatesand responds to SWAT/exception processing requests, interprets and providesguidance on legal requirements and process and/or reviews general, sensitive,and complex transactions..

PrimaryAccountabilities

  • Reviewand understand Restricted Transfer transactions and necessary requirements toresolve deficient transactions. Communicate directly with the issuer or issuer/shareholder counsel toresolve/obtain deficient legal requirements to process transactions quickly andaccurately.  Educate Issuer andIssuer/Shareholder Counsel on requirements necessary to transact RestrictedTransfers.

  • Initiateand execute exception/SWAT processing requests when exception processing isnecessary to complete a transaction.

  • Assistsclients with legal requirements, education, expediting transactions,troubleshooting, problem solving, and servicing of all clients restrictedshareholder accounts

  • Maintaina positive and strong client/transfer agent relationship with the issuer

  • Consultswith business unit management and personnel to identify and document businessneeds and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input andoutput requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.

  • Assistin department specific projects, which may involve collaboration with otherdepartments or functions.

  • Otherduties or tasks as assigned by management

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Client facing

  • Ability to review and interpret complex legaldocuments

  • Problem resolution skills

  • Knowledgeof internal proprietary systems (SCRIP, Workflow, DocViewer, Issuer Online,etc.)

  • Knowledgeof Product Offerings

  • 5+ years of industry knowledge

  • Skillsin Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook

  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Excellent Reading Comprehension

  • Good Decision Making

  • Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written)

  • Works well with others

Educationand Experience

Required:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college oruniversity; or one to two years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience

Language Ability

Ability toread/analyze/interpret business periodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov.regulations; write reports/business correspondence/procedure manuals;effectively present information/respond to questions from managers/clients/customers/public.

Mathematical Ability

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unitsof measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentand to draw and interpret bar graphs.
