This position will serve as support engineerfor proprietary .NET application suite developed in-house as well as supportingthe application, web and SQL servers they run on. This position will require a wide range ofskills to perform Development Operations-related project work as defined bymanagement team. Example type projectsinclude bringing new server and application environments online for use withinSLS and developing and/or implementing tools which increase the productivity ofteams within the IT organization. Candidate will participate in assignedon-call rotations and provide on-call support as required.

Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Must have experience with building newenvironments for use in multi-team rapid Software Development.
Must have advanced experience with IIS anddeployment of .NET Frameworks to multiple environments. IIS/Application configuration and deploymentautomation is a plus.
Must have experience with implementing andmanaging applications in an Application Load Balanced environment. Experience with F5 Big IP Load Balancers is aplus.
2-3 years of demonstrated experience in theefficient support, configuration, optimization and automation of large andcomplex Windows Server / IIS environments.
Multi-year experience in working with .NETapplication development teams and a depth of understanding in the architectureand dynamics of IIS-hosted applications.
Evidence of extensive and successfulautomation of infrastructure management/support activities
Moderate understanding of networkingtechnologies (sub-netting, routing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
Solid Experience with Active Directory is aplus
Experience troubleshooting server related I/O,CPU, Memory, Disk performance issues
Loan servicing or mortgage lending experiencea plus
B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or anengineering discipline or three to five years related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read/comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence;effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbersand to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations usingunits of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
