A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The Post Closing Coordinator 2 corrects and obtains allincorrect information and missing documents for funded/shipped loans, withinrequired timeframes
Obtain information to correctdocumentation discrepancies.
Verify that all recording documentshave been recorded with County within specified timeframes.
Perform review of documents,identifying missing or incorrect information (purchase advice, payoff).
Review trailing doc report ande-mails daily to get information to correct missing and incorrect documentinformation.
Work with title, attorney,borrowers, County to retrieve missing and incorrect items, within requiredtimeframes.
Follow-up with title, attorneyborrowers to request needed information.
Update systems and reports accordingto guidelines.
Image corrected and missingdocuments.
Complete transmittal and forwarddocuments to investor.
Work with investor as needed toclear conditions.
Notify management of any trends ortraining opportunities.

Education and Experience
Communicated and coordinate withother departments in a positive and professional manner
Demonstrated ability to work with apleasant, reliable, and responsible approach
Knowledge of credit application,Credit reports, and mortgage application documents including compliance -proficient
Knowledge of mortgage operations -proficient
Microsoft Office skills intermediate
Organizational skills with attentionto detail proficient
Phone etiquette & communicationskills, both verbal and written proficient
Prioritize workload and meetdeadlines
Self-starter with demonstratedability to work without direct supervision, work on multiple projects at once,establish work priorities, and manage time in order to meet deadlines andgoals.
Type 35 wpm with no more than 5%error rate
Work as a team member
1+ years of mortgage processing,closing and/or operations experience
2+ years of general clerical oradministrative experience
Experience working in a paperlessenvironment
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively presentinformation in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, andother employees of the organization
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, andvolume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
