Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing and Global Communications, the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality assets that engage strategic audiences from air cover (e.g. public relations, web content, social media) to customer acquisition and engagement (e.g. infographics, eBooks, profiles). The ideal candidate will quickly develop a deep understanding of our message and solutions to effectively communicate their impact and value. S/he will be a strategic collaborator on the content marketing roadmap and activities across segments and functions, will contribute to KPIs reporting, and will initiate and manage social and other content programs.
