Client Service and Operations Specialist
Job Description The Client Service and Operations Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a fast-paced, friendly financial planning office. Working with the franchise partners and staff, the Client Service and Operations Specialist will complete management support responsibilities, recurring tasks, and ad hoc projects which will allow advisors to focus on clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to multi-task, and have a proven track record of completing their responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner. Building on our priority of delivering a premium client experience, the candidate should be engaging, dedicated to customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for the clients.
Responsibilities Responsibilities & Time Allocation (will evolve over time to meet practice needs):
80% of Time: Administrative / Business Management
- Schedule client appointments and prepare meetings
- Confirm client appointments
- Answer questions and provide readily available answers for client requests
- Assist partners, operations director and licensed staff with office management
- Process new business and service forms
- Document management
- Office supply management
- Perform other duties as assigned by advisors
20% of Time: Client Care
- Greet clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Administer client appreciation services
- Update client information
- Document client contact

Required Qualifications Education and Other Designations: - Bachelor's Degree preferred
