The Managing Director of Communication and Culture will drive the CLA family member experience and connect teams through communication. S/he will lead the development and management of CLAs internal communication and family member engagement.
The ideal candidate will exhibit collaboration across the CLA family, understanding, embracing and championing the unique CLA culture. Key deliverables:

Internal communication and engagement
Requirements are Experience: 12 years communications experience preferably in a multi-office, national organization
Education: bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field of study
