Project Manager - Enterprise Change Management (Charlotte, Addison or Richmond)
Job Description:

This is a Project Manager role that will manage small to medium change initiatives within the Enterprise Change Management organization.
  • Manages projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
  • Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to staff.
  • Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change.
  • Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation.
  • Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.
  • Responsible for project documentation.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ plus years of project management support experience.
  • Understanding of Agile development practices
  • Strong analytical / problem solving / process design skills
  • Strong ability to establish relationship with peers across teams in order to achieve optimal results
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and requirements

Desired Skills:
  • PMP Certification/Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience with change management tools (Remedy, PPR, ECG)
  • Understanding of Global Change Policy and Enterprise Change Standards

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.
