Position Summary

As a Success Analyst within our Customer Success group you will support our global Customer Success teams with critical business intelligence. You are adept at analyzing large data sets to find trends and opportunities for customers, product, and process optimization. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. You have a passion for asking and answering questions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Client Analyst

  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to understand business insight needs
  • Analyze and uncover customer insights and trends from a variety of data sources
  • Present and communicate insights and trends from nCinos customer base to various stakeholders to impact business decisions and best practices, using visualization tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product on feature telemetry and data collection
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, product, and optimize processes
  • Create technical documentation and training for internal teams
  • Support ongoing analytics needs for Support Engineering and Customer Success Operations

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years functional data analytics/operations experience, or combination of experience, education, and extraordinary performance
  • Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL
  • Ability and desire to learn Salesforce.com administration and to attain Salesforce.com certifications within 90 days of role commencement

Preferred

  • Degree concentrating in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Experience with usage analytics and data visualization tools
  • 6+ months experience supporting or implementing nCino platform
  • Salesforce.com Certification
  • AWS Certification
