Vice President, Process Engineering- Video Introduction Included

The VP of Process Engineering is responsible for leading change and driving process improvement initiatives across the Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management business. As a key leader within the organization you will work across all of FPCMS groups and key business partners to drive improvement in quality and efficiency.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • College degree with 7 plus years in a position fully focused on process engineering, operations excellence and Lean Six Sigma
  • Have led an operations excellence or process improvement function for a large organization
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other change management techniques
  • Capability to facilitate a group of SMEs towards 'out of the box' thinking to achieve break through, innovative solutions
  • Highly flexible and able to react constructively and with a positive attitude to multiple and shifting priorities, change, and unexpected events

Fidelity Pricing & Cash Management Services (FPCMS) provides accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment products.
