Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Lead end-to-end systems development cycle from requirements analysis, coding, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintenance of Investment Managements' Onboarding suite of applications using Agile methodology. Work on multiple development projects concurrently using JAVA, REST, Elastic, Sybase databases, enterprise workflow, and rules engine with JavaScript enabled front end in a global team environment. Develop user stories, technical stories, technical specifications, high level/detailed design, test, implementation plans, and work estimates from business requirements. Perform statistical computing/reporting using tools such as R & Tableau. Perform analysis, data modeling, and design of solution for strategic data sourcing projects for Client Lifecycle Management applications specializing in Investment Management domains, such as Accounts, Parties, Groups and Products. Collaborate with Compliance, Operations and PWM/GSAM stakeholders for "Client Onboarding program: discuss requirements; leverage knowledge of financial business fundamentals and systems to recommend technology solutions; and provide periodic project status updates during execution. Provide technical guidance to junior team members. Read/store complex client onboarding data along for end users to query in real time. Design, implement and test enterprise level workflows and business rules. Must be willing to work with proprietary technologies. No knowledge of proprietary technologies is required pre-hire.

Job Requirements: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Operations Research, Information Technology, or a related field. Must have three (3) years of experience (with Master's degree) or five (5) years of experience (with Bachelor's degree) in the job offered or a related role. Must have three years of experience (with Master's degree) or five years of experience (with Bachelor's degree) with: Object-Oriented Application Development in Java and design patterns using Agile methodology; writing complex SQL, Sybase queries, and writing, modifying, and tuning Stored procedures and persist/query Elastic data store; statistical Computing /Reporting tools, including R and Tableau; Anti-Money Laundering, specifically in KYC, Client Risk Rating, Single Client View, Client Review Dashboard and Anti Bribery; data modeling of Investment Management domain, including Accounts, Parties, Groups and Products; performing data and system analysis for uplifts/enhancements; designing, implementing and testing enterprise level workflows and business rules; and working with global software development team communicating status and design effectively across multiple regions. Must have one (1) year of experience with project management, including experience interacting with multiple business units.
