Corporate Development VP/Director

A leading credit asset manager with $50bn AUM is looking to add a VP/Director to the Corporate Development team in NYC. This individual is responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives for the Firm with a focus on driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, investment management firm, strategic consulting firm, private-equity firm or corporate development or strategy group
• Interest in focusing on growth through business strategy and corporate development
• Experience managing project teams and/or junior staff preferred
