The role
Asset Servicing is responsible for managing the capture, instruction and settlement process for voluntary corporate actions, including the collection and control of information, and collaborates closely with portfolio managers. The team also provides operational support for proxy voting in ensuring that the fund’s voting intentions are received correctly by issuing companies when voting at shareholder meetings. Additionally, the team manages part of the relationship with the fund’s global custodian and performs ongoing reconciliation of cash and asset holdings.
You will be part of a global team and your analytical and problem-solving skills will be challenged on a wide range of tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Asset Servicing is a friendly and collaborative team that works closely together across time zones in providing world class investment support to our stakeholders.
The position is based in New York City and will report to the Head of Asset Servicing.
