Primary Functions



 



The Product Manager for Lending will be responsible for the day to day management and maintenance of credit product suite within JPMS Banking & Lending Solutions, including securities-based lines of credit (Bank and Broker-Dealer), margin, and mortgage products, as well as interest control. Candidate will also oversee projects designed to drive the business forward, including sales and marketing efforts, business risk & control projects, and strengthening partnerships with the JPMS Financial Advisor population.



 



§  Serve as primary subject matter expert for Lending products and communications to JPMS management and Financial Advisors



§  Design and distribute product marketing materials to educate, collaborate, generate awareness, facilitate education, and collaborate with both the Banking & Lending Advisors and Specialists as well as the regional leadership to drive business results



§  Collaborate with key stakeholders across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management including product partners, marketing, middle office, legal, risk, finance, and operations to resolve production, quality, client service or risk-related issues. 



§  Ensure compliance with process and procedures in a constantly evolving regulatory environment through frequent product reviews and risk assessments



§  Develop and distribute business dashboard to senior management team



§  Participate in projects related to productivity improvements, compliance, and other matters as needed



§  Demonstrate ability to manage, influence and motivate upward and downward across function



 



 



Requirements:



 



§  7-9 years of experience in the Financial Services industry; history of loan product management preferred



§  Series 7, 63 required



§  Bachelor’s degree required



§  Ability to interact with key business stakeholders, Financial Advisors and their clients on a regular basis    



§  Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects end to end



§  Strong analytical skills including financial analysis; advanced Microsoft Office skills



§  Exceptional written and presentation skills



§  Ability to actively work within a team environment while taking individual responsibility for a number of tasks
