Job Description:

Broadcort Sr Operations Analyst is the main point of contact for Broadcort Clients for settlement related queries in addition to Corporate Actions, Dividends, and Tax inquiries . Candidate must be on hand to offer premium Client service and deal with all Client queries and manage the relationships between our Clients and internal BAofML departments. Up to date market knowledge on key initiatives and developments within the clearing and settlement space are essential. Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all operational issues and will act as Client advocate within BAofML to ensure all client needs are met.

  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds

  • Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
  • Proficient in Excel and all other Microsoft Office Applications.

Desired Skills:

  • Manage client expectations by providing excellent client support.
  • Monitor client trades to Manage Settlement and Clearance to mitigate Risk
  • Utilize Tools to Pull Client Trade Data, Enrich and communicate out to clients to properly manage Settlement
  • Strong Understanding of and Market Behavior in US, EMEA and APAC Markets
  • Support the team manager in capturing performance related data and report issues on a timely basis
  • Identify and implement process improvements/best practices
  • Proven ability to identify risk in various markets and proactively escalate to mitigate potential losses and avoid Buy-In Executions
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Client inquiries
  • Previous experience within a client service team with particular focus on 3rd party clearing and Omnibus processing
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection and Funding
