Commercial Banking's (CB) Global Liquidity Solutions team isresponsible for the management of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Banking global depositportfolio and the liquidity and investment products that support the portfolio. This role will lead key cross-LOB partnership initiatives with J .P. Morgan Asset &Wealth Management (AWM) and the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) relatedto the delivery of liquidity management solutions and other investment productsto CB clients. The position is based inNew York.

Commercial Banking provides the complete product offering ofJPMorgan Chase, including lending, treasury services, investment banking andinvestment management to corporations, municipalities, financial institutionsand not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20million to $2 billion.

  • CIB manages variousinvestment-related products with unique stakeholders:
    • TS channel money funds
    • TS Escrow
    • Fixed Income Securities trading
    • Investor Services / SecuritiesServices
  • Firm-wide digital and online tradingproducts & platforms to be developed

Primary responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contactfor all of CB's investment product partners across the firm
  • Provide liquidity product managementsupport for TS Channel money funds (sweeps, JPM Access)
  • Manage all investment product revenuesharing agreements across AWM and other LOBs
  • Refineand improve referral process of CB clients to AM Global Liquidity (money funds,SMA's) as well as other AM investment product teams
  • Partner with AM, JPMS, CIB and CB Strategyto develop online trading solutions and platforms for money funds and fixedincome securities. Project manage anyrequired transitions of CB clients from existing to new electronic platforms
  • Partner with JPMS Brokerage todevelop and implement a national CB partnership, including product definitions,referral process for CB clients, and managing the "rules of the road" to CB front officecoverage teams and JPMS advisors
  • Partner with JPMS and CB Credit tomanage new secured loan collateral program utilizing brokerage investmentproducts
  • Partnerwith Private Bank to define product and sales strategy for shared clientrelationships
  • Partner with Investor Services to enhanceoffering for CB clients
  • Developinternal product materials and deliver training to CB bankers and TS Salesteams
  • Serve as key liaison to CB, AWM andCIB management stakeholders and provide regular updates on all initiatives

Additional responsibilities:

  • Partner with CB Deposit Analyticsand other CFO teams to review $AUM/Revenueresults for CB clients and to optimize reporting and visibility of CB portfolioand client level activity
  • Support and serve as a back-up for theCB US Liquidity Solutioning team on deal-related deposit pricing activity, as well as strategic initiatives for CB GlobalLiquidity Solutions

Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years'experience in banking or investments, including knowledge of Treasury Services andinvestments businesses
  • Strong quantitative andqualitative analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills - verbal, written, presentation

  • Strategic thinker withthe ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.
