Job Description:

  • Focus of role is: the development and deployment of a communication strategy for GMT CTO, including digital communications, branding, presentation materials, team engagement (lunch n learn, All Hands, roundtables, etc.), location strategy execution, organizational strategy implementation, and overall governance and reporting.
  • The successful candidate will bring digital experience, a proven track record of delivering results and a practice of innovation to effectively engage and strategize with senior leaders across the organization
  • Candidate should be high energy with a strong work ethic and have excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Support the COO and senior leadership team of Global Markets CTO

Other functional duties include:
  • Works directly with the COO, Chief of Staff and broader GMT and CTO teams in the organization on a variety of work streams
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Maintaining a digital community that is used as the core of our communication strategy
    • Drafting and distributing internal team/cross team communications
    • Preparing for executive level meetings and presentations
    • Ensuring organizational health aligns to GT&O guidelines
    • Developing and implementing location strategy that aligns to organization and enterprise strategies
    • Ensuring functional metrics are accurate and are presented in a useful manner
    • Capture key business metrics and information for executive level reporting
    • Work with globally distributed teams to coordinate various types of information and projects
    • General ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business Administration or similar discipline required
  • Previous experience in a communications or marketing role
  • Previous experience in Technology Business Management a plus
Skill Requirements - 5-10 years of prior experience in the following areas.
  • Demonstrable excellent written & verbal communication; attention to detail is key
  • Creative thinking, ability to visualize and design digital communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills), and SharePoint
  • Good relationship building skills and ability to influence others. Ability to work across and at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously and find points of intersections and integration across teams
  • Operates under tight deadlines and is can adapt quickly to change
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking & business acumen
  • Be a driven team player who will proactively help other teammates when necessary and willing to work as a team and not as an individual
