The Role:
The DCIO Business DevelopmentAssociate will play a key role driving awareness, adoption and service ofour key retirement solutions to retirement plan advisors.
In partnership with the retirement and DCIOteam, the DCIO Business Development Associate will be responsible for targetedprospecting activities including proactive calling efforts, follow-up calls tosupport external wholesaler's meetings, and managing email/digital campaigns.
Other responsibilities also include coordinatingwith internal parties to oversee new business proposals, onboardings, databasemanagement, conference support, marketing campaigns and ongoing clientservice.
The DCIO Business Development Associate musthave strong organizational and follow up skills and the ability to workcollaboratively with colleagues within the DCIO team and broaderorganization. Moreover, DCIO BDA must demonstrate a professionalpresence, strong presentation skills, and a high level of energy andmotivation.
- College Degree, either BA or BS
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or must obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the retirement industry strongly preferred.
