Our client is seeking a Business Process Implementation Specialist to work with the implementation of a BPM tool for the IHC CCAR reporting. The BPM tool will support the monitoring of the end-to- end runbook and cover all CCAR streams (reporting, modeling, projection, capital, etc.). The selected candidate should have specific knowledge and experience of BPM, knowledge of Camunda/Activity/jBPM is a plus.  Developer will work in collaboration with a business analyst in charge of the collection of users’ requirements and drafting of FSR. Both will work under leadership of CCAR IT and ensure coordination with CCAR PMO.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design and implementation of the BPM tool (Camunda) for CCAR end-to-end process
  • Work closely with Business Analyst and IT teams to technically translate users’ requirements and baseline solution for monitoring of CCAR runbooks
  • Develop processes and script rules into the Camunda engine
  • Provide recommendations on BPM solutions and/or best practices in the governance, design and architecture of the solution
  • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
  • Ensuring smooth working of BPM engine and logical access/use to the end users
  • Provide project estimates to Project Manager regarding the development effort of your project

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • Strong experience in JAVA development from simple to advanced projects
  • Experience in BPM tool implementation.
  • Knowledge of Camunda/Activity/jBPM is a strong plus
  • Lead/participate in development of POC’s, prototypes, presentations to users
  • Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts
  • Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects
  • Responsible for an end-to- end delivery
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • Able to articulate solutions to team members and upper management
  • Able to produce technical documentation
  • Able to work on a team or independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Able to work large project teams with other team members located onsite and offsite
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to seek out and find alternate solutions
