The SP Finance ("SPF") team is part of the Securitized Products Group within Global Markets and is responsible for the global origination, structuring and execution of a variety of portfolio/asset financings in the securitized markets. The Student Loan & Marketplace Lending SP Finance team sits within SPF and is responsible for the full spectrum of activity within the student loan and marketplace asset classes including lending, securitization, portfolio purchase and advisory services:

Primary Responsibilities:
· Executing, structuring, marketing, and closing of mandated transactions in the student loan & marketplace lending sector
· Management of transaction processes from origination to closing, including transaction risk analysis
· Working with Credit Risk Management to ensure an up to date understanding of the student & marketplace lending
· Pitching for new client opportunities including term financings and lending facilities
· Client coverage and management of key accounts
· Development of unique financing solutions and structures to meet clients' funding goals and objectives
· Working with other team members within SP Finance, as well as colleagues in IBCM to develop new relationships and revenue sources
· Mentoring junior members of the SP Finance team to help enhance their skill sets

You Offer
You Offer:
· Minimum of 3 years of related financing experience in the securitized markets
· Excellent transaction execution and management skills
· Solid partnership and working experience with credit rating agencies and legal teams often used in the securitization market
· Proficient in transaction modelling and understanding unique structural mechanics for consumer backed assets
· Outstanding client origination and management skills
· Team player mentality with the ability to be a leader on any transaction type
· Position requires Series 7, 63, and 79
