Group Description: The Real Estates group covers the following sectors: Real estate (REITS), homebuilding, gaming, lodging, leisure, timeshare, tour operators, cruise lines, real estate financial sponsors, digital storage companies, real estate services and commercial mortgage REITs.

Role: Investment Banking VPs work on a broad array of domestic and international transactions, executing mergers and acquisitions, raising capital for clients, guiding companies through financial restructuring, discussing strategic alternatives geared towards competitive growth, and providing other advisory services. As a VP you will work alongside some of the industry's best and brightest bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies. Our clients span various industries and regions, and through the coverage and deal teams, VPs get the chance to have high visibility, impact and recognition.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the origination and execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions for domestic and foreign, and public and private entities
  • Managing teams of associates and analysts in the provision of financing and advisory services to clients
  • Evaluating risk factors and negotiating transactions on behalf of clients
  • Managing and executing tasks encompassing valuation, accounting and other technical issues with regard to transactions
  • Overseeing and performing comprehensive financial and mathematical modeling and analysis

You Offer
Requirements: Interested candidates must either have completed an MBA or equivalent graduate degree and have at least 4 years of Investment Banking experience or have been an analyst promote with at least six years of Investment Banking experience.
