Implementations Project Manager

Key Responsibilities • Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.
• Project definition, planning, tracking, management and control.
• Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organisation, through to CxO level.
• Running project and exec steering meetings
• P&L responsibility for the project.
• Assist from time to time in a pre-sales capacity, representing Project Management to prospects and presenting delivery solutions as required.
• Contribute as required to general development and improvement initiatives within the Project Management group
Skills & Experience Required • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-million dollar projects within the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience with full project management responsibilities.
• Has worked in a similar company type to IHS Markit Information Mosaic; Vendor, Product company.
• Financial services experience (experience in post trade automation space a bonus)
• Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
• Good commercial awareness and governance.
• Good contractual awareness.
• Knowledge and experience with PM methodologies. (Prince 2 or PMP)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and implementations
